The Chiangmai Ballet Academy or CMB has promoted and trained its personnel based on the words "Our whole life is learning and the development must go together with the moral integrity".

First, it starts with the Academy's director, Mom Luang Preeyapun Sridhavat. She is a very good model, always improving the ability and knowledge on both theory and practice. She aims high with her work development and encourages other to learn new things. All learners are encouraged to have moral principles and intentionally achieve success in order to apply the erudition to progressive work and impressive service.

The main purpose of CMB is to observe and international training therefore allowing staff to broadcast those experiences and apply them to their teaching techniques.
